Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday to be processed the same day.
Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Orders do not require a signature for delivery.
Before your order has been prepared for shipment, our Customer Service team can help you cancel an item or, if possible, change the size of an item within your order. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us during business hours for immediate assistance. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.
